Terms of Use

Hunters Club (huntersclub.eu) is a community platform for hunters across Europe. It provides access to guided hunting experiences, a peer-to-peer gear marketplace, hunting events, educational content, and community discussion.

Basic access to browse the platform is free. Creating an account is free. Certain transactions — specifically bookings through Experiences and enrolments through the Academy — are subject to a platform commission as described below.

By creating an account and using Hunters Club, you agree to:

Provide accurate information — your account details, listings, and any content you post must be truthful and not misleading.

Comply with hunting laws — you are solely responsible for ensuring that any hunting activity you undertake, book, or facilitate through this platform complies with the laws and regulations of the relevant country, region, and season. Hunters Club does not verify, and is not responsible for, the legality of any specific hunt.

Post lawful content only — you must not post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes illegal activity. Listings of prohibited items (firearms requiring export licences, protected species trophies, etc.) are not permitted.

Respect other users — the community exists to share knowledge and experience. Harassment, abuse, and bad-faith conduct will result in account suspension.

The Hunters Club Marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform. Hunters Club acts as a venue only — we do not buy, sell, hold, inspect, or guarantee any item listed.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for all aspects of their transaction, including item condition, payment, shipping, and compliance with any applicable regulations (including firearms transfer laws).

Hunters Club accepts no liability for disputes between buyers and sellers. We recommend using tracked shipping and secure payment methods for all transactions.

Listings must accurately describe the item being sold. Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Bookings made through the Experiences section and enrolments made through the Academy section are subject to a platform commission of 12.5% of the total transaction value.

This commission is deducted from the amount paid to the guide or course provider. The price displayed to the user is the total price inclusive of all fees.

Guides and Academy providers who list their services on Hunters Club agree to these commission terms when submitting their listing for approval.

Hunters Club does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to features at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or to remove listings and content that breach our policies, without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hunters Club is not liable for:

- Any loss or damage arising from hunting activities booked through the platform - Disputes between buyers and sellers in the Marketplace - Inaccurate information provided by guides, sellers or other users - Any interruption or unavailability of the platform

Use of this platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Hunters Club is registered. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that member state.

Users in other countries agree that EU law governs their use of the platform.
