About This Experience

Classic high-alpine chamois stalking above 2,000 metres in the Styrian Alps. Physically demanding — expect 6–8 hours on steep terrain daily. The reward is one of the most iconic mountain trophies in Europe and views that no photograph can do justice.

Itinerary

1

Drive to the hut

Transfer from Graz, settle into alpine hut, evening glassing session.

Chamois Day 1

Ascent by 05:00. Glass high ridges. Stalk selected animal. Return by 14:00.

Chamois Day 2

Change area, target different herd. Optional capercaillie observation.

Departure

Final morning outing, trophy photography, descent and transfer.
